On behalf of NASAA and your hosts, the Texas Commission on the Arts, thank you for your participation in Assembly 2010! Conference proceedings and other follow-up resources will be posted to our site shortly.
The Assembly 2010 Resource Area, adjacent to the conference meeting rooms, provides state arts agencies the opportunity to display their complimentary materials during the conference. The best candidates for the Resource Area are materials that would be of particular interest to your colleagues, such as economic impact studies, compelling annual reports, strategic plans and exceptional marketing materials.
Resource Area hours are 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 14, through 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 16.
Ship up to 50 of each item to the address below, making sure to include on the label all the information below. Plan to have your materials arrive at the conference hotel on Thursday or Friday, October 7 or 8.
Materials will be placed in the Resource Area by NASAA staff. Please inform NASAA Communications Manager Sue Struve of all shipped materials, their expected arrival date, and whether you plan to collect any leftover materials from the Resource Area at the end of the conference. All materials must be collected by 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 16; materials not claimed by that time will not be returned.
