Nonprofit Finance Fund: State of the Sector Surveys The Nonprofit Finance Fund's survey of the nonprofit sector, initiated during the midst of the recession, is now an annual snapshot of how nonprofits are faring financially and what strategies are being used to meet current challenges. Nearly 2,000 organizations responded to the 2011 survey, representing multiple subsectors, budget sizes and geographies.
Arts organizations are well represented in these surveys. A breakout of arts-only responses is available for 2011, 2010 and 2009.
Nonprofit Finance Fund: Case for Change Capital in the Arts This series of reports explores the need for and uses of capital in the arts. The stories and lessons learned are based on the results of NFF's Leading for the Future Initiative.
